ScheduleDrop and its authorized service providers may process information to deliver the services used by Simply Epic Clean.

5. Payment Information and Security
Customers provide a valid payment method through authorized booking and payment channels.
A payment card is securely saved through the designated payment provider at booking.
A temporary payment preauthorization may be placed approximately 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment. The applicable service charge is ordinarily processed on the day of cleaning, after completion.
Cancellation and lockout fees may be charged in accordance with our Terms of Service and Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
We do not request complete payment card numbers through ordinary email or text messages.
Payment providers may retain transaction information according to their agreements, security practices, and applicable legal obligations.
6. Customer Communications, Call Recording, and Artificial Intelligence
Simply Epic Clean uses ScheduleDrop to support telephone calls, text messages, email, appointment notifications, and customer-service communications.
Communications may be handled or assisted by automated systems and artificial intelligence ("AI").
These systems may assist with answering questions, preparing estimates, scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and responding to service inquiries.
Where enabled, telephone calls and other communications may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or processed for customer service, scheduling, quality assurance, dispute resolution, and business operations.

Information processed through AI-enabled features may be transmitted to ScheduleDrop's authorized technology providers to generate responses, summaries, recommendations, and other service-related outputs.
The handling of such information is subject to the applicable agreements and practices of ScheduleDrop and its technology providers.
